Marriage Matters VPC is a ministry of Valleybrook Presbyterian Church and Family Life. We are a Christ centered ministry that is dedicated to serving and strengthening
marriages and families of First Responders.

Our vision is to provide First Responders with practical and encouraging help to assist them individually and as a family to live a vibrant life.

We provide practical tools and strategies with a spiritual basis for First Responders.
Meet The Team
Ben Brychta
Ben began his service as a chaplain with the Green River, Wyoming Police
Department. After moving to Chattanooga, He served as a Chaplain for the
Chattanooga Police Department for ten years and the Chattanooga Fire Department for
four years. He presently serves as the lead chaplain for the Hamilton County 9-1-1
district office. He has a passion for strengthening the marriages of First Responders.
Tracy Edwards
Tracy is a pastor at Valleybrook church in Hixson, TN. He has been serving in ministry for 20 years. He has worked with Ben in family ministry for the past 6 years. Alongside Ben, he has served on Family Life's Weekend to Remember volunteer team in Chattanooga. He also is serving as a chaplain for the Hamilton County 911 service . He believes in strong Biblical marriages and has a heart for First Responders and their families.
